We at Dal Jura deliver wines to a large number of countries worldwide using a network of experienced wine shippers. Export deliveries are door-to-door and are usually completed within 7-10 working days. We apply delivery charges dependent on the value of your order and your business address. Returns and Exchanges

We provide return and exchange facility to our esteemed customers. Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unused item or items within ninety (90) days of purchase for a refund or replacement.

Product Recall

We at Dal Jura offer the “Product Recall” service to our customers. If there are small glass particles found in bottled wines or any other issue is there with the taste, we recall our product. Customers are asked to check the batch information located on the product packaging. All products with the batch information listed above should not be consumed. Customers should return the product to their retailer for a full refund or phone 0035725030021with any queries.
